Terms of Use

1. General

Kolosok is a mobile app and service for stretch ceiling installation companies: orders, measurements, drawings, estimates, documents and teamwork. The service is provided by FOP Haidaienko O. V. (individual entrepreneur), Ukraine (“we”).

By registering or using Kolosok you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

  • Provide accurate information and confirm your email address.
  • Your account is personal: do not share your password or your account with others. Each company employee must have their own account.
  • The number of devices that can use an account at the same time is limited; the device list and remote sign-out are in your Profile.
  • You are responsible for actions taken from your account. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and contact us.

3. Companies, roles and access

  • The user who created a company is its owner. The owner and administrators invite employees, assign their roles and can restrict or revoke their access.
  • The owner always remains an administrator. The owner can only be changed by transferring the company to another employee — done by the owner.
  • A company can give contractors from other companies access to individual orders and send customers links to documents.

4. Data of companies' customers

Customer data that a company enters into Kolosok (name, phone numbers, address, notes, etc.) belongs to the company, and the company is its controller. We process this data only on the company's behalf and to run the service.

The company warrants that it has a lawful basis for processing its customers' data and has informed them, and that it does not enter sensitive data not needed for the order.

5. Your content

Orders, drawings, estimates, price lists and other data you enter belong to you or your company. You grant us the right to store, process, copy (for backups and sync) and show them to users you or your company have given access — only to provide the service.

6. Prohibited

  • using the service in breach of the law or the rights of others;
  • interfering with the service, overloading it, guessing passwords, bypassing limits and protections;
  • accessing other people's accounts and data;
  • copying, decompiling or reverse engineering the app or the service, or creating derivative products based on them;
  • automated collection of data from the service without our written permission;
  • reselling access to the service.

7. Plans and payment

Some Kolosok features may be paid. Plans, limits and prices are shown in the app. We announce price changes in advance; changes do not apply to a period already paid for. Trials and free features are provided on the terms shown in the app.

8. Working offline

The app works without internet: changes are stored on the device and sent to the server as soon as a connection is available. Until changes are sent, they exist only on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of unsent data due to loss, damage or reset of the device — connect to the internet regularly so your data syncs.

9. Calculations and drawings

Kolosok helps calculate areas, perimeters, materials and costs, but the result depends on the measurements and settings entered. Check measurements, drawings and calculations before production and installation: the company is responsible for final dimensions, material orders and its work for the customer.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it: interruptions are possible for updates and for reasons beyond our control. We may change, add or remove features and require updating the app to the current version.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may restrict or close access to an account that breaches these Terms, warning you in advance where possible.

13. Intellectual property

The Kolosok name, logo, app, its design and source code belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them other than the right to use the service as intended.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email in advance. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation — contact us; if that fails, the dispute is decided by a court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
